Two birds one stone Rosé
The grapes are harvested at night in order to prevent oxidation and preserve the subtle fruity aromas of the grapes. This procedure enhances the elegant aromatic profile of the variety. Finally, the wine stays on its own lees for two months and is stirred periodically providing a smooth texture.
