Vinified in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature between 25 and
27 degrees Celsius. The tanning takes 5 to 7 days to obtain an elegant and
fresh wine. After the winemaking process, 25% of the wine lot undergoes a
stage in used barrels of French-American oak for 8 months.
